| Description | The New London Orchestra was founded by its Artistic Director Ronald Corp in 1988, and performs in London's major concert halls including the Royal Festival Hall, Cadogan Hall, the Barbican, the Royal Albert Hall, in addition to its East London venues which include Stratford Circus, the Theatre Royal Stratford East and the Stratford Rex. The New London Orchestra players are drawn from a pool of professional freelance musicians, a number of whom have played with the orchestra since it was founded. The New London Orchestra is committed to broadening access to music, either through its education programmes for children and young people, or by programming or recording music that may otherwise be neglected. |
