| Description | Pocket really began when we saw an opportunity to cut out all the hassle and friction associated with the traditional accountancy service. We use accountancy software so our clients have their data, books and records at their fingertips, on their mobiles and in their Pocket 24/7. This real-time view of their cash flow and up-to-date financials means they have complete control of their accounts but the peace of mind that they’re being looked after, and in safe hands. We take ownership of all the financial aspects of our clients business. Things like filing, submitting returns - they’re the base of our service and we take care of all that. But I’d really like to think, it’s that next level of service and that sets us apart. Like helping clients with specific advice, challenging their tax bill and helping them streamline their business. We’re very much a firm that’s full of friendly faces - we know all our clients by name and we’ll always take the time needed to field their questions and answer their queries. Day-to-day accounting is what we spend most of our time doing but helping clients on a personal level is what makes our job so interesting and it’s really where Pocket comes into its own. We are an integral part of our clients business, their own accounts department as it were. We shoulder the load and take the stress out of it, so that it’s all clean and simple. |
